ABOUT
IN PRINT: Annual Library Touring Exhibit

IN PRINT: library Tour 2025
a Rolling River Printmakers of New England exhibit featuring work in woodblock, linocut, etching, screen print and more by skilled printmakers from MA, NH and ME.
Each Year an RRP printmaker is elected to create a literary themed print as the main image to help bring awareness and aid to support our local libraries and or literacy organizations.

This Year a special original woodblock print titled “Off Line, Still Connected" will be for sale in support of literacy awareness. A portion of sales on this print will be donated to the
World Literacy Foundation: USA Chapter. worldliteracyfoundation.org
With a donation of $3 on every print sold, let's try to sell all 100 prints!

Why we love exhibiting with and supporting libraries-
Libraries are a vital resource serving as a central hub for information, education, culture, community, and are a great advocate of promoting literacy advancement.

About this Print

Printmaking has a rich history as being a form of communication and distribution of information to educate and increase knowledge.
We appreciate the importance of literacy and acquiring skills in reading & writing that can empower people leading to better opportunities in life.

This woodblock, "Off Line, Still Connected" brings all things of print together- the form of printmaking as a fine art and the form of printing in books. Here you see a simple line carving of a person settling in a comfortable position ready to take command of the large book to quench the thirst for knowledge.
